Psychosocial Safety Consultation and review of staff wellbeing systems - 2hr consultation and advice to co‑design tailored promotion and prevention strategies — reviewing staff wellbeing data to identify priorities and implement psychosocial controls that protect all staff, particularly those in high‑emotional or behavioural roles.
School Licence: Nervous System Awareness Online Course -Access for 30+ educators to a self‑paced, interactive online course featuring 7 modules, reflective questions, and practical learner activities. Designed to build foundational nervous system awareness, emotional steadiness, and include application of stress management practices. Approx. 1–2 hours to complete. Access granted for 24 weeks.
Reflective Wellbeing Coaching - Opportunity for five selected staff members to participate in online reflective wellbeing coaching, each receiving three individual sessions. Ideal for those managing high emotional demands — such as early‑career teachers, wellbeing leaders, or school leaders. Supports emotional steadiness, self‑awareness, and sustainable work practices through guided reflection, debriefing and nervous‑system‑aware strategies.
Leadership Check‑In Calls - Leadership check‑in call per term to review progress, track staff self‑development, and monitor improvements in capacity and school culture.
